A fizzy, white, rosé, orange and two reds!

I'll Fly Away - 2023 Lambrusco Rosé
Chalmers Vineyard, Merbein, Ancestral Method Lambrusco – handpicked, 65% Maestri & 23% Salamino whole bunch pressed to old barrel, 12% Maestri saignée to old barrel, wild fermented, bottled before end of primary ferment with a splash of reserved Lambrusco juice, unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged. - Tim Ward, Winemaker.

Colomba Bianca - 2023 Grillo Granatey
Sicily in a glass! Grillo in its varietal tuxedo, pleasant and delicate: Yellow pulpy peaches and meadowsweet, every sip is sunshine. Made by the Europe wide collaborative winemaking project - Colomba Bianca - who aim to showcase many regions best organically farmed sites. A looking glass into regionality and respectful farming.

Leko - 2022 Blanc
A blend of Savagnin, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc from the Deanery Vineyard, Balhannah. Planeted in 2004 on sandy loam on sandstone & ironstone. 50% whole berries, but no whole bunch. On skins for 7 days, naturally fermented in open top steel fermenters, hand plunged twice daily. Left on lees for 7 days and aged in steel for 11 months. Exotic, spicey & crisp. Jono Koerner, Winemaker.

Giovanni Armani Giorgio - 2023 Rosato dell'Amore
Somewhat perturbed by the scratching of cigarette butts at his feet whilst pacing the shallows, Giovanni looked up with a perplexing gaze towards Vesuvius from Mappatella Beach. If only some harmony could exist between the paradox of the uptight and fastidious northerners and the chaotic and vibrant southerners.
Nebbiolo and Aglianico (and Sangiovese) rosato, a visceral medley of passion, indulgence, tradition and innovation. - Steve and Carlo, Winemakers.

Worlds Apart - 2023 Up on the Roof
Bright and crunchy light red, for drinking on a rooftop, in the park, or at the beach. Best drunk chilled! This year's is predominantly a blend of Syrah from the Hills, McLaren Vale and Eden Valley, partly vinified as rosé, with a splash of Touriga and some Sauvignon Blanc too - Louis Schofield, Winemaker.

Castelmaure - 2022 La Buvette
Castelmaure is a 102-year-old co-op based in rocky Corbières in France’s southwest. They make unfussed, guzzleable wine from well-farmed plots around the region and have cultivated long-term relationships with many of their intergenerational farmers. This is 60% grenache, 40% carignan, both hand-picked and carbonic macerated for a plush, jubey rouge that is best drunk slightly chilled with something salty and fatty—as you would in the 11th! - Foreign Fruits, Importer.
