Strawberry tops, crushed violets and a carbonic bluefruit lift, with fresh earth, truffles and a fresh thyme spice. Pomegranate and watermelon juice, soft tannins and a frisky, juicy acidity. Serve cool with Yo La Tengo's Fade. Grown by Con in Yarra Glen. Hand harvested at 12.5 Baume on the 24th of February. A blend of de-stemmed and carbonic maceration treatments.
