2025 Aleatico Rosato
An unusual blend of 80% Aleatico, and 20% Chenin Blanc. Wild fermented separately and aged in old oak barrique for 7 months. Upfront floral aromatics of rose petal and elderflower, mixed with Liptons peach ice tea, and a bit of tart stewed rhubarb. Pair with triple cream brie (TCB) and smoked meats, otherwise it would go down a treat with a late night mixed kebab! - Vino Friendo, Winery.
