2025 "White Label" Chardonnay
West Tamar Valley fruit, whole bunch pressed, shortly settled before wild ferment in mainly seasoned oak, partial malo, 9 months in oak on full lees, 2 months in stainless steel, gentle filtration, screwcap. Bright yellow with a slight golden hue. Open and inviting nose, medium intensity, roasted hazelnuts, fresh yellow stone fruit, some more exotic fruit aromatics and subtle oak influence. Medium acid attack, medium bodied. Lengthy finish on pithy citrus aromatics.
