It all started with Tom, a fitness trainer recieving an organic starter kit. Tom instantly became obessed with the science and fermentation process which turned into years of improvement and refinement. And the result. Maybe the best kombucha we've ever tasted and whats better is its brewed right near our beautiful shop in Avalon! Pine-Lime + Aloe here, almost like a splice with a bit of coconut! Heavenly!
