2022 Giallo

The Shobbrook have finally started to settle into their new cellar, allowed the wines to elevage in cask and in bottle.  The 2022 Giallo was whole bunched pressed and fermented in stainless steel before being run off into casks of 500 litres the following spring.  Mostly Semillion with a splash of Muscat and Riesling.  All fruit is grown in the eastern Barossa on sand over yellow orange clay.  - Giorgio Di Maria, Importer.
