This is the newest release of Lou & Joe Holyman’s Pinot Noir. 85% of the fruit is estate grown, and 15% from local premium growers. 10% old vine fruit on 37-year-old vines. The wine is not irrigated. The wine is fermented in big old oak, followed by puncheons and aged in barriques. There is no fining or filtration.
