2023 Little Bastard
A rebellious aromatic blend of Riesling, Sauvvie B, Muller-Thurgau, and Muscat from the otherwise conservative Mosel in Western Germany. A light touch of maceration followed by extended time in large old oak. Very fresh, very aromatic, with a modest kiss of petillance to add zest.
