Toasted Milk, the name pretty much sums it up. Shirl and Moss roast New Zealand 100% whole milk powder just enough to capture the perfect amount of caramelised flavour. It’s then added to their stone melanger where it refines with Fazenda Camboa organic cacao for over 72 hours. The result? A creamy milk chocolate with lingering notes of toasted caramel. Heaven. It's 100% organic, vegan and dairy-free, crafted with organic cacao beans, New Zealand milk powder, organic cacao butter. That's it! All natural and insanely delicious. 80g.
The Shirl and Moss team hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing the chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory in Wellington, New Zealand.
