This Hazelnut, Orange & Sea Salt bar contains 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground with their single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness. We can’t get enough. The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour. The Shirl and Moss team hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing the chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory in Wellington, New Zealand.
