2023 Semi-Crianza
The wine is made from separately vinified, destemmed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for 7 days, followed by maceration with the skins for 5 days at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in barrels for 4 months. Dark fruit flavors on the palate, with subtle tannins.
