Song-I and Marwan Saba produce the very best artisan conserves responsibly sourced in Spain – annually and exclusively in limited editions. Committed to sustainability and responsible, traceable sourcing, PYSCIS focuses on unconventional seafood species with incredible culinary properties, manually harvested at the height of the season. They largely work with local women who employ traditional methods and pack each can by hand. Each tin is wrapped in parchment paper and fixed on the side by natural rubber.
