2023 'Only Shallow' Skin-contact Viognier
New wines from Uffe AKA Poppelvej! Only Shallow is 100% Viognier from the K1 Vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. The fruit is all destemmed and tipped in to an open-top fermenter to be foot stomped twice daily for three weeks.
