Jam packed with POOL character, energetic and fresh, a well incorporated volatility lift to brighten it up even further. 100% ripe handpicked Grenache Noir from Heathcote, Victoria. 1/3 Whole Bunch, 1/3 juiced, 1/3 de-stemmed, wild fermented over 12 days.
