2021 Rosso di Montepulciano DOC
Obtained from Sangiovese grapes (called in Montepulciano Prugnolo Gentile), Canaiolo nero and Mammolo. Voyace ruby color. Intense and persistent bouquet, vinous. Dry taste. Vin from all meal. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes and immediately brought to the cellar for destemming. Spontaneous and natural fermentation without adding yeasts, during fermentation two pumping over a day with sinking of the marc. Maceration duration about 8-10 days. - Poderi Sanguineto, Winemaker.
