Here's a live one! It's methode ancestral (Pet Nat) made from Gamay (90%) and Poulsard (10%). A beguilingly fragrant and juicy little fizzer, this is very low in alcohol - the perfect thing to slake your thirst in the heat of summer. Bugey-Cerdon - a hidden gem of eastern France, and an appellation dedicated to the old-school sparklings, from its rocky, hilly vineyard sites.
