Fossa di Lupo: historic district, backbone of my work since 2004. The bush vineyard has a typical planting pattern of the Vittoria area. The district faces the Iblei Mountains to the northeast; from here usually come fruity wines but also austere and with good acidity - Aarianna Occhipinti, Winemaker
