This lightly carbonated potion – similar to a country style French cider – tastes of sweet spiced honeyed pear and spritely acid. Very full mouthfeel. It’s crafted with whole pears, kombu (from Hokkaido, Japan), ginger, cardamom, peppercorn, star anise, black tea, clove, honey, vanilla, olive brine, verjus, filtered water. Y.U.M. Serve chilled or over ice. Can be heated in a water bath and served hot too!
