This lightly carbonated potion – similar to a petillant farmhouse gose – tastes of tart native citrus and bitter hops with a menthol bouquet and floral undertone. Extremely balanced on all profiles. It’s crafted with citra hops, lemon verbena, lemongrass, hibiscus, lemon myrtle, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon, murray river salt, organic cane sugar, verjus, filtered water. Aperitif; digestif; ice; no ice – you decide. Flexible with any course. This is one of our favuorite NONs – we can't get enough.
