Sometimes, that meant working with a brand-new vineyard; other times, it was about rediscovering existing ones where the fruit was previously sold off.
In the same spirit as Nebiulina, I’m beyond excited to introduce Vinu Pi Ostriche—Sicilian for “wine for oysters.” This is another special collaboration under the Giorgio De Maria Fun Wines banner, this time with the incredible Nino Barraco.
It’s a small selection of barrels and cement tanks, mostly made from Grillo. Imagine yourself by the sea: sun on your skin, a breeze carrying hints of salt, a plate of fresh oysters in front of you.
