From the Ceres Hill vineyard, planted by the Margan’s in 2014. Sandy river flat, managed under regenerative and organic principles since 2022. Two blocks go into this wine; the first is direct pressed and fermented with solids in old large format French oak, the second is fermented on its skins for 10 days.
