"More orange than yellow in colour, probably thanks to the Chardonnay. Lightly cloudy and delicious looking as the glass frosts up. The nose is all Cotties orange cordial with some spice and dried herbs adding complexity. The palate lies right in the sweet spot of the skin ferment triangle of luscious fruit, juicy acidity and fluffy tannins. Flavours start off with orange and mango fruit drink but the acidity then brings in tarter lemon and grapefruit before a burst of saltiness and finally the tannins ensuring a properly dry finish. Summer in a bottle!" - Winemakers notes
