The fruit for this wine comes from Mount Alexander in Harcourt Central Victoria - grown on the base of the mount on decomposing granite soils. The Riesling was whole bunch pressed then fermented in stainless, aged on full lees for 15 months, a much cooler season in 2023 the long ageing on lees helped build up texture whilst keeping the wine fresh & vibrant. estate bottled.
