2021 Tavel Vaucroze
Such is the wealth of terroir in the cellars these days, the family decided this year to separate two distinct parcels, 'Vaucroze' is made from a maceration of whole bunches of Grenache, Cinsault and Clairette. This wine is then aged in concrete vats for 11 months before bottling. This has a beautiful wild raspberry heart, with superb definition.
