However, this version is a bold interpretation of the classic Catarratto, with two days of maceration and aged for a year in wood, followed by another year in the bottle. This process adds extra depth and complexity to the wine. We are very proud of the result, and the first vintage, 2022, will be released to the market at the end of this year in a limited quantity.
