More time in bottle will reveal more levels of detail and flavour, if you can keep your hands off it, that is. Lamoresca Bianco is a vermentino wine, rich and round, with a good acidity. A white wine that will become more impressive after one or two years in bottle. 100% Vermentino (Corso). Spontaneous fermentation with 2 days skin maceration and no temperature control. Aged in cement and old wooden barrel. Natural malolactic fermentation. No added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
