Fruit has a key role in beer making, and it's been this way for centuries. Similarly, we've been making fruit additions to our wild ales for well over a decade. It seemed time for us to bring the fruity dimension into the pale ale space as well. Thus enters Seville!
The bitterness of the Seville orange makes it a popular choice in beverages, cooking and marmalade. For us, its bitter, fruity flavour was the right choice for the more hop-forward pale ale! - La Sirene.
