2023 'Rolle' Vermentino

Vermentino from the Gullyview Vineyard, Watervale planted on Terra Rossa, red clay on limestone in 2007. All hand harvested and sorted in vineyard then crushed and destemmed. Fermented and aged in Slavonian oak Demi-muid for 8 months on full solids, then stainless steel on fine lees for 3 months. Unfined and unfiltered. Pure Vermentino – stone fruits, salinity & drive. - Damo Koerner, Winemaker.
