Control Freak California IPA
This Cali IPA was fermented with a Kolsch yeast strain for a very clean, bright base beer. Dry and moderately bitter with a fun old school/new school hop combo of Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin bringing some pine, dank, savoury and fruity elements all rolled in together.
