2024 Super Glou

The lazy layman’s elixir coaxing out a glug at full gallop. A quick fix to affix the lips to a rowdy palate starter. Adhering to nothing, but sticking to us all. Hold the applause, Super Glou will take its bow to the sound of smacked lips. Malbec, Arneis and Carignan were vinified separately. Picked in the morning. Destemmed and whole bunches. Fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed gently. Aged in old barrels and steel. – Italian Plastic, Winemaker.
