2022 Saperavi

Saperavi, 10% Skins for 1 week followed by 9 months in kvevri. 12.5% Light red. Electric ruby, clear. Cherry clafoutis, rosewater, watermelon. There's a sweetness of fruit with cherry iced tea and pomegranate but then there's also some uber fine and rolling tannins that keep it from sitting too pretty and light, such a bright finish and both ethereal and sweet but gently structured, joyous. - Tim Stock, Importer.
