The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc comes from our estate grown old vine fruit. Crushed and pressed, fermented in large format old french oak with wild yeast. Elevage of this wine is on lees until bottling. Estate bottled in January 2026. A warmer season has produced a complex, beautifully balanced wine with great texture and intensity. - Gembrook Hill, Winery.
