2023 Chardonnay

Chardonnay, produced all over the world, benefits excellently from the Arbois terroir. Ample and round, the attack remains lively and fresh. It develops aromas of white flowers, almond and white fruits. Its light yellow color, brilliant and limpid, makes it an elegant wine. It goes wonderfully with trout, smoked salmon and seafood, as well as white meats. A Comté soufflé will also find an ideal ally in this wine.
