2021 Barolo del Comune di Barolo
A traditional Barolo made from 20% Bricco delle Viole vineyards and 80% from Bricco San Pietro, within the Barolo commune, showing Eugenio Bocchino's refined and transparent style. Fermented on skins for about 30 days and aged in large neutral oak botti for 18 months. The wine rest in bottle for one year before release, reaching a great balanced structure with perfume and finesse. Vino Mito, Importer.
