LOVE Gin

The famous pink gin from Scotland's Eden Mill! Crafted from local botanicals and exotic fruits – Juniper berries, angelica, coriander, rose petal, hibiscus, elderberry, goji berry, raspberry leaf, and rhubarb root. A subtle juniper on the nose with a touch of warm spiced berries, then sweet vanilla and green fruits finishing with citrus, pink grapefruit, and rose petals. The palate is warming, with juniper and rhubarb spice mellowing into sweet ripe berries and hints of freeze-dried dark fruits. Rhubarb and custard sweets, with a hint of rose water, finishes off the journey. Whoa, so many flavours! Serve however you like – or with fresh strawberries, a handful of juniper berries, and elderflower tonic over ice.
