2023 La Bulette

The La Bulette is a sparkling wine produced by Etienne from Cavarodes that goes through two fermentations, one before bottling and one after bottling. The wine has been made using Chardonnay grapes and there has been no sulphites added at any stage in the winemaking process. The fine bubbles and depth of flavour make for an exciting wine that is perfect for an aperitif or for drinking right though a meal is necessary.
