A purity of fruit on the nose into lemon balm. Layered, saline and mineral. Wonderful length with freshness, a glorious Aligote. From limestone clay soils, directly pressed, elevage in tank and old barrels. The vines have a westward orientation rather than SW and the plots fall within an altitude of 300 – 450 meters.
