Domaine Cosse Mainsonneuve is located in Lacapelle-Cabanac, in the Cahors appellation area in the South-West. The estate was founded in 1999 and is owned by Matthieu Cosse , also owner of Château La Coste in Provence, and Catherine Maisonneuve . Solis is a blend of Malbec (85%), Merlot (12%) and Tannat (3%) . Vinification is carried out in concrete vats for 2 to 3 weeks. The wine is aged for 17 months in new barrels, one wine and several wines. - Halle Aux Vins, Importer.
