This wine is more intense (darker and more profound) than usual. A reflection of the vintage the alcohol level is higher than usual and Tony thinks it is a vintage that will keep for much longer than usual. The vinification was slightly different too. It was destemmed then macerated in stainless steel for a month (that bit is typical) but it was infused with the marc from la Chamade, the other Poussard cuvée.
