Nestled in the fishing village of Santoña, located on the eastern coast of Cantabria, Conservas Hoya has a wide range of preserved and semi-preserved products from the sea surrounding Cantabria in Spain.
The bocarte or anchovy, from the freshest catches of the Cantabrian Sea, remains maturing in barrels for a minimum of seven months until it reaches its characteristic aroma, flavour and smell. 49g.
