2025 Estate Pinot Noir
The Estate Pinot from Commune of Buttons is from the Gloria block and the Clover Block.. Post hand harvest the grapes were sorted, then destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Maceration was for 3 weeks followed by elevage for 11 months in old and new barriques. The wine is bright, acid driven and red fruited with cherries and spice on the nose, it has a dark bramble core with a generous mid pallet- Commune of Buttons, Producer
