This Sauvignon Blanc originates from carefully selected plots in the Loire Valley, renowned for their optimal expression of the grape variety. We love this wine for showing the complex, aromatic, and beautifully balanced expression of Sauvignon so prized in this area, whilst still undergoing thoughtful wine making choices, in this case allowing for ten months on lees, to assist it texturally. - Paul Hervy, Importer.
