It took around sixteen years for this tequila to make it from the field to this bottle. Made from Blue Webber agave from the El Arenal village in Jalisco, it was aged for four years in American Oak. An expression of aged Tequila that is so full and plush with cacao, coffee and vanilla. It isn’t all oak, there’s a beautiful cumquat like acidity, almost like chinotto. Delish!
