This outstanding limited release wine owes its distinct character from being sourced from a small block of old Cabernet Sauvignon vines growing in ironstone gravel soil. Medium bodied and elegant with soft tannins, intense berry characters and subtle French oak. Ideal serving temperature: 18 – 22C. Will benefit from decantering, and pairs well with full flavoured cheeses, beef and lamb dishes. Wilson Gordo, Winemaker.
