A 75/25 blend of Vermentino and Greco, with 15 days on skins and time in seasoned oak before finishing in steel. Textural and savoury, with notes of citrus peel, dried apple and a gentle tea-like grip. Light yet energetic, with bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. - By Fabiano, Winery.
