2023 'Marcus' Chardonnay
From a mature 1982 planting rooted in ochre marl over fractured limestone, wild fermented naturally and raised nine months on fine lees in topped-up old barrels to preserve crystalline purity. The domaine's most linear Chardonnay - white flowers, Meyer lemon and wet stone wrapped around a chalky, laser-like finish that seems to gather energy with every sip. - Viticult, Importer.
