2024 Via Del Mare
Tropical, amber Grillo from Marsala. Minimal intervention coupled with regenerative agriculture. A lees-driven amber, only 1/3 of the total volume was macerated, the other 2/3 soaked in its lees for extended time. No filturation, no added sulphur.
