55% Lambrusco Maestri, 45% Shiraz from Uraidla and Sellick's Hill. Destemmed with long macerations, 40 days for the Lambrusco and 28 days for the Shiraz. Then given long 15 month elevage in neutral French oak. Juicy but semi-serious with plenty of punch.
