A tiny batch sauce handmade in Paekākāriki, NZ, by Lydia and Mat. The duo have a passion for using local ingredients – the peppers they use are hand picked and the Kawakawa leaves are from their own garden. They refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners, instead relying on fresh ingredients to create our vibrant range of sauces.
Saint Matthew is a deep floral and earthy blend of manuka smoked chipotle and dark cocoa, creating a rich base for this spectacularly full-flavoured Mole Poblano-inspired hot sauce. All natural ingredients: apple cider vinegar, manuka smoked jalapeño, capsicum, onion, tomato paste, cocoa powder, salt, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, pepper. A deep, complex sauce that beautifully complements your meal without overwhelming it with heat. 150ml.
