Our wines, just over 50,000 bottles divided by whites, red and sur-lie, have character and a clear timbre that makes them recognizable: it is a characteristic we are proud of, because it is easy to get confused between the many expressions of international grape varieties that, in our territory, represent traditional viticulture.
Maintaining a clear style helps us a lot with the old vineyards inherited from my parents, Gerard and Agnes, to whom we dedicated the first labels of our production.
In recent years, the desire to better understand the potential of our territory has led us to vinify grapes obtained from different soils separately.
In the company part west of the hills, on the calcareous soils, are produced: White Lands, Nina Street and White-toed.
The last ones are two selections of 70-year-old vineyards, but they still have a lot to say!
On the east side, however, on Monte della Madonna, we produce a white and a red from volcanic soils: Trachyte.
The stimulus to produce wine natural-at-every-cost it pushed us, sometimes, to make experiments with initially unpredictable outcome, with fermentations sur lie, for example, but which after a few years have become a classic of our company.
In order not to disappoint some loyal customers and friends we continue to put on the market a small quantity of sparkling wines charmat method, in the Serprino, Prosecco and obviously Fior d'Arancio varieties, the DOCG of the Euganean Hills!
Finally there is the Coast Flower, an unusual wine, concentrated and intense like few others: beyond any doubt a champion!
